Exchange & Return Policy
At Zero Point Leather, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
- The item received has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Due to differences in screen resolutions, monitor settings, lighting, and photography, slight variations in color, texture, or grain of genuine leather may occur. Such variations are natural and are not considered defects or valid reasons for exchange or return.
Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support by providing:
- Order Number
- Reason for Exchange
- Clear photographs of the product showing the issue
Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by mishandling, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
Non Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional, or special discount campaigns.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or digital vouchers.
- Accessories, unless received damaged or defective.
Exchange Process
After your exchange request is approved:
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Where applicable, a courier pickup will be arranged.
- After inspection and approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, an online store credit or coupon of the same value will be issued. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Refund Policy
Zero Point Leather does not offer cash refunds.
In cases where a replacement item is unavailable, customers will receive an online store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or an incorrect item shipped by Zero Point Leather, all shipping charges will be borne by us.
For exchanges requested for reasons other than product defects or shipping errors (where applicable), shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
Exchange Value
The exchange value of the product will be based on the price paid at the time the original order was placed.
