Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every pair of shoes you get from Zero Point. If something is not right, here's how we do returns and refunds in 4 easy steps:

1. Return Window

You can ask for a return within
7 days of getting your order. Product should be:

Unused

In original packaging


 In the same condition you got it


2. How to Ask for a Return

Just email us at [official.zeropoint.pk@gmail.com]with:

Your order number

Reason for return


Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)


We'll walk you through the process.

3. Refund Process

Once we've received and inspected the returned product:
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be paid to your original payment method
  Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error is on our end)


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Worn, damaged, or used shoes

Custom-size or limited edition products
Orders returned after 7 days without contact
