Shipping Policy
At Zero Point, we want to ship your shoes safely and on time. Here's all you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Delivery Time & Charges
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days within Pakistan
Delivery Charges:
Free on orders over PKR \[3000
Flat rate of PKR [200] for below threshold orders
Note: Remote locations will take longer.
3. Order Tracking
We'll provide a tracking number via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order ships. You can check the status of your package online using the courier service website.
4. Delays or Issues
Though we have trusted courier partners, sometimes there could be delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or issues with the courier company. In case your order is delayed, contact us — we'll help straight away.
5. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
Double-check your shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or sent back because of incorrect or missing addresses. Re-shipping would be at an extra cost.
